Helping Educators Thrive
Swift Education was founded in 2022 by Frank, an Australian teacher who made the move to London in 2013. After building a successful career in the classroom before transitioning into education recruitment, Swift was created from first-hand experience and a genuine understanding of what educators need when relocating abroad.
Now raising two children in Surrey as they begin their own school journey, Frank understands that moving overseas is about far more than simply finding a job. It’s about building a life, finding the right environment, creating stability and feeling supported every step of the way.
Today, Swift Education partners with leading private, independent and state schools across London, Surrey and Kent, connecting outstanding educators from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland and the UK with opportunities that genuinely align with their goals, lifestyle and ambitions.

“Had a great experience with Swift Education. Really appreciate their warm and professional manner. They get in touch to communicate about the job, and provide support when needed, but are not hounding you like other agencies. They have set me up with a great school, and I'm really happy to have worked with them.”
— Nicola from New Zealand, August 2025
