The majority of our staff are from Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Ireland, or sourced directly from UK universities. With both networks of educators, we often build relationships up to 12 months before they are looking to work in schools. Compliant Alternative to GCA Framework (RM6376)
Swift Education fully supports the Government Commercial Agency’s aims to lower recruitment costs for schools and raise standards of compliance across the sector.
We completed our submission for the GCA supply staff framework, but due to an administrative oversight on our part, a key notification in the tender portal was missed and our application did not progress. This was a procedural issue, not a reflection of our standards. We continue to meet the same rigorous compliance, vetting and safeguarding standards expected of framework suppliers.
Schools and trusts can work with us through fully compliant alternative routes. We are an onboarded supplier with Value Match, and we also subcontract through our partner agencies Astro Education Ltd and Heart Teaching Ltd, both appointed suppliers on the GCA framework.
Because we don’t carry the heavy overheads of traditional agencies, we offer highly competitive rates with clear pricing from the outset.
